1. What we collect
We collect what you give us to run your account: your name, the name of your yard, an email address, a phone number, and billing details. We also collect the call recordings, transcripts, prices, and SMS sends that your account generates so we can show them back to you in the dashboard.
2. Why we collect it
The short version: to provide the service you signed up for, to send you a bill, and to support you when something goes wrong. We do not sell your data to advertisers, and we do not use it to train models we sell to third parties.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small set of vendors to keep the service running: telephony (call routing and SMS), payments, hosting, and email. Each one only sees what it needs to do its job. We will publish the current list of subprocessors on request.
4. How long we keep it
Account data stays while your account is active. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the period you choose in the dashboard, with a default that we publish in the dashboard settings. You can delete individual recordings at any time.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on your account, you can ask us to correct it, and you can ask us to delete it. Email us and we will handle the request without putting you through a portal.
